The Aspen Highlands Parking & Loading Dock Association is located at the Aspen Highalnds Village. The Association manages all parking located with the parking garages, the transit corridor, waste & recycling removal, package logistics and many other duties.

The Pitkin Green community is located at the base of Red Mountain in Aspen. It owns and operates a community water system and irrigations system.
The FiveTrees Homeowners Association oversees all design review applications within the community.

Completed in 2001, the Aspen Highlands Village mixed-use development includes 36,000 square feet of retail space, 31 residential lots, 32 townhomes, 73 lodge condominiums, a pedestrian mall, and 12,000 square feet of skier facilities in a village setting at one of North America's permier ski mountains.
